PSP Homebrew Developer Ichigokurosaki of the Nobis Development Group - the group that brought us Flashmod - has dropped by our forums to inform us of their latest project, Flashmod X Alpha Backbone.
Right now the app still acts as a proof of concept, so there isn't an interface for the program yet. For now the app only does the following:
1. Connects to the internet using your first configuration
2. Downloads the Theme Database off the Nobis Server
3. Displays the information from the Database
The program is intended to become the foundation for a larger project. According to Ichigokurosaki:
Once this is complete I would like it to be completely interfaced with Preview pictures of each theme... Have it download the theme you want and then install it... I also want it to make sure that the theme you select is compatible with your PSP Firmware... and to also MD5 check the Theme after Downloading it to prevent your PSP from being bricked...
Users are advised to go through the readme file in the archive for the installation instructions. Please visit our forums for questions and discussions on the program.
