PSP developer abcang has released a nice homebrew app for your PSP called PSPBatch.A This is version 0.1 of the release so obviously its an early build.A If you are looking for a batch executive homebrew application then give PSPBatch a go.

Placasoft from Team Emergency Exit has updated PSPsetX for v2.0 PSP to version 0.2. PSPsetX is a firmware tweaking tool similar to the PSPset, but for v2.0 PSP only. Currently Placa can only access flash1, so some of the typical functions of PSPset are currently missing. But Placa is still working hard to breach the blockade

DV Wall-Editor v2 is created by Devun_06, a member of our forums. He has basically edited his own application to add support for the PSP's resolution - 480x272.
The application definitely has a steep learning curve. But there's some documentation bundled to ease you into the process of making wallpapers
