Coder Bob Joe has developed a PSP Upgrader/Downgrader that should make upgrading, downgrading, and installing a custom firmware much easier. Amazingly, has a very big coverage including some of the most popular firmware from 1.50 to 3.52.
The program is very easy to use and will copy all the files for you as well as give you step by step instructions. The developer has given word thought that this is the first release, so there might be a few bugs.
If you're interested in the development cycle of the program, Bob Joe also gave some details on the improvements implemented since he made version 1.0.
Changelog:
* 1.02
o Added M33 Update 2
* 1.01
o Added M33 as a current firmware
o Added ability to uninstall a custom firmware
* 1.00
o Initial Release
So download the program and try it out, there are two versions you can use with the full version having more features while the lite version being a smaller download. Be sure to go over the readme file and follow the instructions to the letter when using this program as any firmware update not done by Sony has the potential to brick your system.
