'Twas around one week ago since we last heard from French homebrewer Zouzz. According to him, in French of course, he'd be creating dumps for F0 entirely in 1x, another one for F1 entirely in 1X and UMD. It seems he isn't quite finish with all those yet so instead, Zouzz gave hisRapid Dump release an update.
Now in v0.2, Rapid Dump for PSP fw 1.5 comes in with a two yet important modifications. First and more important of both, there is now an addition of the total dump of the flash0: /. The first version allowed for plug-ins opening_plugin.rco, gameboot.pmf and topmenu_plugin.rco. All files will then be found on the file dump of the root of the memory stick.
Probably more of an accesorry than a mod, asound now plays at the end of every dump. At the very least, this could serve as an alert in case you're busy and weren't able to notice that the dump is over. Oh well, here at QJ, we are all for any homebrews and any modifications, be it big or small.

Goofy exploit & Hello World Proof of Concept Goofy exploit & Hello World Proof of Concept
Just a little while back, Fanjita wrote a small article on the people with non-homebrew-able PSPs should do. Waiting for an exploit was the only sensible thing to do in my opinion. And boy! You guys didn't have to wait very long; the Noobz team has just come out with a new exploit which works on all firmwares upto v 3

BakonICE BakonICE
From NoEffex:
The main thing is the old kernel support, which supports 3.80-(dunno how far it goes, but it works fine on 3.52, with the exception of 3.71, due to it's oddball nature)
