One of the more popular downloads of late: Ultimate VSH Menu. Well, even though some of you out there are more than fine using the built-in VSH menu that comes with the various custom firmwares out there, there are still always some other people wanting more options.
It hasn't been a week yet since the previous version of Ultimate VSH Menu was released, and still, PSP homebrew developer Total_Noob has deemed it high time for another welcome update.

Just a few days back, homebrew developer Akez released a new version for his PSP Wave Changer and new the dev's back with an upgrade. The wave flasher gets a minor addition, it now shows if the battery level is below 5%.
The dev added his own themes to the bundle though if they are not to your liking, feel free to delete them
