*UPDATE* Homebrew dev Auraomega came by our forums to update XMBE to version 1.1. A few changes were made to clear up some issues, including enabling text by pressing the left shoulder button (there is no text at boot up anymore). It can be enabled again by pressing the right shoulder button.
Here's a snippet from XMBE version 1.1's readme file: "You now need ms0:/seplugins/XMB.txt. Inside this file you should type the full path to extra plugins. Up to 5 plugins can be loaded at a time, see the XMB.txt file for an example."
Auraomega noted that a small config file will be included in the next update just so users can make little changes, like the date format. Check out the new release by clicking the link below, don't forget to go through the readme file first, though.

Aah, yes, new exploit, old game. It's so cool to actually see this beauty working - and on a PSP-3000 no less! The PSP scene was buzzing the other day when MaTiAz found an exploit (read: buffer overflow!) in the three year old game, GripShift.
MaTiAz says that they've yet to find any further use for this, but it's still a new exploit

While the Noobz team has promised before to come up with this one, we didn't know that 0okm was working on it as well

Well as the title implies, within a ridiculously short time from from Sony's 3.00 Firmware release we were welcomed by 3.01 Firmware. Naturally everyone assumed that this was a small patch. Paired releases were somewhat common in the past, so it only made sense that they left a little hole that needed immediate patching
