Homebrew developer, Tommydanger, recently updated his homebrew application, IceTea to v1.3. Aside from making Popstation-compatible PSX eboots, it also allows you to create PSP-compatible PSX eboots, extract ISOs from PSX eboots, create manual from png images, and to create manuals from a simple text file. All of these you could do just by using this one program. Anyway, here is the changelog for v1.3.
Changelog:
* fixed auto id bug
* ability to patch manual game id
* proper check of toc file
* reorganized menu bar
Tommydanger provided a very detailed readme file that comes with the download, so you won't have a hard time using this app.

It works in the Photos menu as well if you open the Music player first

With this new revision of Half Byte Loader, I'm happy to announce that picodrive finally has sound. Be sure to select 44kHz in your settings though, because the 22kHz mode might sound funky...
Additionally, I fixed a regression introduced in R94, which prevented some homebrews (such as PSP KVM or GoEar) to run
