PSP Homebrew Developer DGGC92 has come out with a new version of iPSPhone, with the new build supporting the option of a background image instead of the previous dull black. The app also has improvements to the code and had some bugs tweaked out.

Here's the changelog for iPSPhone v1.9:

* Change wallpaper: take an image in the size of a PSP wallpaper an rename it in mbg and put it in the icons folder,done!
* Sysinfo
* Pspname
* Firmware check
* Cleaned the code
* Fixed some bugs
