This homebrew application is a PSP Custom FW plugin that has been designed to work for the Game/Pop mode, and to set the CPU speed, take screenshots, and restart or turn off the PSP using just the UI. SCEP-CheatMaster is still in beta phase, and the developer admits that there are still some bugs in this app, so he encourages those who'll use this to report them.
