AFKIM - Away From KeyBoard Instant Messenger PSPRa
Danzel has released an updated version of his AFKIM (Away From Keyboard Instant Messenger) homebrew application for the PSP to work as a plugin for Raf's PSPRadio. AFKIM is an instant messenger for almost all the major IM protocols, including AIM, ICQ, MSN, Google Talk and Yahoo! This program was so good that Danzel previously won the NeoFlash Spring Coding Competition with it!
Other than the obvious change into a PSPRadio plugin, there are a few other minor changes:
* Quit option. (Press select, last option)
* Ability to use start as well as X to go buddy select -> chat.
* Disable nagle algorithm to hopefully help with idle connections.
* FIX: Editting text box with space messes up display.
* FIX: Account details don't save sometimes.
Danzel would like to note that there will be standalone releases in the future, but to quote him "for now, 1.5ers get a slightly updated version". Any problems you have or bugs you find should be discussed in Danzel's section of the PSPRadio Forums.
NOTE: Firmware version 1.5 and PSPRadio are both required to use this
