PSP homebrew maker hardhat has released v0.31 of his team's lovely booze-oriented game Last Call. Previously previewed by us, the game is a top-down 2D game that has the player taking the role of Les, a drunk man who simply wants to get out of the office and get home to nurse his impending hangover.
To get through the game, you have to find the key that unlocks each level while remaining drunk. Yes folks, the game wants you to stay drunk. You lose the game when you go sober, as the losing situation, otherwise known as Les' sobriety, is described as "the depressing realization that you must be an alcoholic." Funny how to the game wants you to keep getting drunk to avoid realizing you're an alcoholic, but we digress.
As always, make sure you check the readme for information on how to play the game. Don't forget to leave comments on the forum, and remember that this game is a contest entry for GBAX 2007. If you like it, go and vote for it! Enjoy!
