PSP homebrew developer eculewatt dropped by the forums earlier to announce the release of a Modded PSP Flash Player. This project by the author is reportedly capable of playing up to flash player 7 files. eculewatt further states that using the app is simply a matter loading the swf on any part of your PSP's mem stick, and browsing in the flash player.
That's the basic rundown for this release, though given its absence of a readme, we advice users to drop by eculewatt's release thread over at QJ's PSP Development Forums.
