PSP333 from Team PSPdizaster has released LUA PDLP v4.0 for the PSP. PDLP stands for PSPdizaster Lua Paint. This is a well developed paint program written in Lua scripting language. Here are more details of this program:

PlayStation Portable homebrew developer Shaolan has released a new build for the application DAPES (or Drawing and Picture Editing Software). It's now on version 2 and it sports a number of changes since the last release.
For the uninitiated, DAPES basically allows you to have something like MS Paint on your PSP so you can edit and draw pictures on it
