PsGimp is a painting tool for psp, with
-a pen tool
-a paint tool
-a screen-filling too l(with gradient)
-a a text-tool
-and a draw-line tool
You can set the height and the width of the image, and you can save it as .jpg, .png and .tga, so you're able to design xmb-waves on your psp.
