Here's another update from developer Winnydows with the latest version of the homebrew video converter application XviD4PSP v5.028 RC2 update. For those of you not familiar with this nifty little app, it provides conversion for most video formats into a resolution which is more compatible with the Sony PlayStation Portable handheld.
Here's the latest release of the changelog for XviD4PSP 5.028 RC2 update:
*Added translations: French, Hebrew, Spanish.
*For simple bitrate encoding added auto bitrate calculation.
*Fixed audio tracks selection.
*Fixed crop aspect fix for cropped sources.
*iPod profiles renamed to MP4 iPod 5.0G and MP4 iPod 5.5G.
*Archos profile renamed to MP4 Archos 5G.
*Tweaked and fixed Archos format.
The developer however notes that this newest build is only valid for XviD4PS 5.027 to 5.028 RC1, so make sure you're installing the update with the appropriate release on your PSP.
