Etch-A-Sketch Portable is just what the title implies.
Not only do you have the ability to make cool retro drawings
you can change the color of your Etch A Sketch as well.
I whipped this up in an afternoon so the graphics are not
too good. I may update them.

It's the Mona Lisa on the go, MaTiAz's PSPpaint v0.5. This initial build features a sizeable brush and a color palette, and picture save and clear functions. Initial build's good enough to draw a few basic pictures, like the bowl of fruit landscape picture fake Sonic PS3 box art nude painting of Paris Hilton vase we tried out

CrazyPaint 3 CrazyPaint 3
I know that we see a lot of homebrew paint programs being released. Some of them good, some of them just very basic. But this is one you should keep your eyes on - it's still unfinished but has a very finished look
NPaint QJ.NET reader Jomann dropped by PSP Development Forum and informed us that homebrew coder NIGathan has just rolled out a new build for the application NPaint. The release bumps the program up to version 2.4
DAPES DAPES
Homebrew developer Shaolan has just released an updated DAPES or Drawing and Picture Editing Software for the Sony PlayStation Portable, bumping it up to version 3.0. DAPES is an application similar to MS Paint but for your PSP - it allows you to edit and draw pictures on it (much like how you'd normally use Paint)
PSPpaint PSPpaint
programs have been popping up like mushrooms in the the homebrew scene. Don't get us wrong, we're not complaining. In fact, we welcome all versions. It just means we get to choose the one that fits our PSP painting needs.
One of the programs that we've tried is MaTiAz's PSPpaint
Bermuda CS 8 Bumuckl from QJ's PSP Development Forums has been hard at work since the release of Bermuda CS 7 'patched' to bring us an update to his portable image editing studio for the PSP, and today that hard work has paid off with the hopefully bug-free release of Bermuda CS 8
Scribble Scribble JaSo_PSP has released Scribble, his first ever C-coded homebrew offering for the PSP, over at the QJ forums. As the name suggests, Scribble is a Paint-like program for the PSP handheld. Right now, you can use Scribble to draw lines/scribbles in six different colors
Bermuda CS 5 Bermuda CS 5
A new version of Bermuda CS has been released by bumuckl on the QJ.NET PSP Development Forums. In case you haven't tried it yet, Bermuda CS is a nifty little drawing application for the Sony PlayStation Portable handheld system. This update brings Bermuda CS up to version 5
PSP-Paint PSP-Paint
DAB-Hacker over at our forums has released one of the best Paint apps for PSP 2.7 owners. Well, it's not his work exactly, he just decompiled a Flash Paint app, modified a few things and made it suitable for the PSP's small screen.
It has a bunch of controls and a big usable screen to scribble around. You can choose from 3 background colors
