  ProgramLua

Access_Denied and Appleseed629 (thanks for the tip) have unveiled a brand new Lua tutorial system that you can study on your PSP, meaning that you can learn to code in the popular PSP coding format with no experience neccessary at any time in any place! ProgramLua has a whole host of Lua programming tutorials packed into a 6MB WinRaR archive just waiting to be sent to your PSP. It's all you need to get started and have your name on the PSPUpdates homepage!

And it doesn't stop there, Access_Denied and Appleseed629 will continue to release upcoming add-ons and expansion packs for the program, enabling you to have a text editor, and read downloaded tutorials from within the program. They will also upload new tutorials so that you can continue reading through series of tutorials so you're never short of reading material. ProgramLua has been made into 1.0 and 1.5 EBOOTS so you don't even have to have Lua Player installed on your PSP to run it. Want to become a PSP coder using Lua : download this now!

Evilmana tile set Here's a little primer for the guys having trouble creating their own content on PSPMillionaire's EvilMana TileEditor. Developer dan369 dropped by the QJ.NET PSP Development Forums earlier to release Evilmana tile set v1.2. As its name implies, this is a compilation of pre-made tiles for the TileEditor homebrew application

CPS1PSP/CPS2PSP/MVSPSP source (1.51.1)  Elvis hasn't left the building yet, the fat lady hasn't sung either, and NJ's apparently not through with MVSPSP, or so Jungle-Cat tells us. Although this is just a minor bug fix, and it only gets bumped up to v1.51, and he still says it's a "final release"; the dev is still quite concerned for his creation
Dow!Dow!
Dow! February saw the first release of Dow!, which in itself is a peculiar name for a program meant to mean "Develop on the go!" But behind the name lay an impressive Lua homebrew development application, if you had a PSP Fat (a.k.a PSP-1000) of course. Sony PlayStation Portable homebrew coder bumuckl broke that barrier with Dow! version 0
