First, the good news. Dago^WATT has just released the demo version of PrometeusPro 0.10.1, his latest installment for the PrometeusPro series of homebrew apps for the Mac. For first-time visitors asking what it does, the Prometeus app allows Mac owners the capability to play PSOne games on their PSP, as well as Compress ISOs.
As for the bad news: Dago^WATT has also has announced that he will be cancelling the development of Prometeus, as the homebrew had no CD-rip function. If anything, PrometeusPro now has CDDA support, which should alleviate the former's absence. See the changelog:

* .PBP can be opened from Finder (0.10.0)
* .PMF and .AT3 support (PSX ->PSP / PBP 0.10.0)
As always, we advise the guys to view the bundle's README, and make sure to pay Dago^WATT and the team 1 Euro/USD to get the full version of this brew. Given what the brew's done for the Mac users among us, we figured that's a small price to pay for its features.
