  Internet Radio Stream Saver

 Well, apparently youresam has been unbanned for a short while, so he decided to see if anyone could help him test out something he's been working for. It's a test program that's supposed to be part of the iPodMock program, but he had some problems and released it by its lonesome.

We're currently calling it the Internet Radio Stream Saver, and its a lua program that'll save streaming audio onto your PSP. It's an extremely small file, perhaps to make up for the large files it might be saving, so you may want to test that out. Definitely useful if you're thinking of keeping a Howard Stern excerpt on your PSP... if he was still that popular.

Here's his instructions, by the way:

* Edit lines 2 and 3 for the stream that you are downloading.
* Run the program.
* Wait for the stream to download (I wouldnt go over 2MB).
* Hold triangle and press START, the stream will be saved to PSP/GAME/test.mp3

In any case, give it a try, send him some feedback, and see if you can help him out.

FreeRadio Homebrew developer FreePlay has released a new version of FreeRadio, the server-free Internet radio portal for the PSP. FreeRadio can play streaming MP3 and AAC as well as play and browse for podcasts and shoutcasts. Freeradio v1.4 now supports M3U and PLS playlist formats. Originally the file only provided support for Shoutcast streams
ShoutPSPShoutPSP
ShoutPSP is a piece of software the will connect to a Shoutcast server and fake it's a file download instead of a stream. This means your PSP will think it's a normal file-download (of 1GB size). If you put such a file in an RSS feed, it allows you to listen to your favorite Shoutcast servers on your PSP anywhere and even with firmware 2.7
FreeRadioFreeRadio
FreeRadio Homebrew developer FreePlay has just come up with a new build for the PSP-compatible portal FreeRadio and released it over at QJ.NET PSP Development Forum. This brings the program up to version 1.5. For the uninitiated, FreeRadio is a completely server-less radio player portal for the PlayStation Portable
FreeRadioFreeRadio
FreeRadio  Homebrew developer FreePlay dropped by QJ.NET PSP Development Forum and released a new build for FreeRadio, bumping it up to version 1.8. For those new to this, it is basically a server-free Internet radio portal for the Sony PSP

PSPRadio Raf and the PSPRadio Team have been hard at working ironing out some tricky bugs from the last release and they are still trying to get PSPRadio to function well on 2.0+ Firmware, but its still a bit iffy
PSPRadioPSPRadio
PSPRadio Raf has quite the fan following here with his PSPRadio homebrew, which turns your portable console into a veritable online jukebox. Cutting to the chase regarding this hot item, we bring news of the latest release for his application, which is now on version 1.15.1283
