Petty's debut on the PSP didn't quite create a buzz because at that time, the only thing the little bunny can do is eat. But really, it wasn't so bad, after all Petty was just a baby then. Just like any otherTamagotchi-like games, Petty has got to evolve. So, Petty was given a playmate, and play they did. In a bit of a morbid twist, Petty and playmate were given a dose of reality when their owners take them for granted. Yes, death is inevitable even for interactive animals.
In Petty v2.0, PSPManiac and JoeDaStudd, (aka Team Petty) have added a new activity for Petty - sleeping. Though it's more of a non-activity, it's essential for a growing bunny.
Petty v2.0 also features a new interface, a Load/Save function, and a Food/Water minigame.
