*UPDATED* Japanese developer Takeshi has released an update to its tool for windows that can create custom themes for your PSP XMB.
The program is presented with a simple and allows complete customization of the XMB PSP.

PSP homebrew developer NephilimNX just dropped by the QJ.NET forums to release ThemePlus! NX version 2.0, which fixes bugs and adds new features to an already convenient theme changer app. The only bad thing is it's only tested on 3.52 M33-4, so it might not work on M33 CFW 3.71 "due to PRX incompatibilities" as NephilimNX puts it
