Sony Custom Theme Converter System software version 5.00, the theme has created a new tool (version 1.4.0.0).
System software version 5.00 or higher will be applied in the PSP 0 to create a theme and the theme of creating version 1.4.0.0 please use the tool.

For those who haven't heard of CXMB, it's a custom firmware plugin that allows people to have an easier time at customizing their PSP's XMB

ZiNgaBuRgA has once again updated his application, the nifty RCO Editor to version 1.12. Yeah, this application spawned the various customized XMBs that once lorded QJ. This generic RCO editor will only work with decrypted RCOs and according to ZiNga, firmware 2.50 is preferred and this has only been tested on 3.03 OE-C and 3.10 OE
