For those of you who just can't get enough of customizing your beloved PSP units, then here's a little something that Access_Denied has cooked up for everyone which should help. Introducing Background Maker v0.1, which is basically helps users create custom backgrounds without the need to hex-edit.
However, Access_Denies warns that this application is made only to run on 3.02 OE PSPs only, and he also warns that this program should not be used with any other firmware versions.
He also points out one particular bug which he plans to fix in the future:
There is just one bug that I know of. If some of the files are too small,the program will pad them out, but it might be caught in a loop of reading and rereading the files. At that point, just restart and try again.
