Here's another homebrew portal for the PSP. Daguru just dropped by our forums to release his eyeOS Beta v0.1. Though it's still in beta, it's already quite advanced and pretty-looking in regular portal standards.
Currently, here's a list of features included in this version:

* Add 2 custom icons from the comfort of your PSP (you can also provide a custom link that it opens)
* Change the wallpaper
* Multi-task browsing
