HBD is a soft developed for easy download and / or updating HomeBrew without having to go through a PC.
A website specially made for the PSP should see the day (version beta available). This site would combine several HomeBrew install with HBD.
You can of course make your HomeBrew compatible with HBD, in doing so please refer to the ReadMe included in the download below.

It looks like KlmSoftware network's further refined the process of making easy homebrew installers. A day or so after the release of Homebrew Installer Maker v0.2.6, they've made another revision that removes some annoyances from the previous version.
