For those of you who don't know what iCheat is, it is a multiple cheat device installer that
installs, well, cheat devices...
Some of you may not know how to install your cheat devices or some of you may want another Cheat Device ready on the go.
Here is the release of iCheat R2.9 and the concept version of iCheat R3.0 beta
Changes:
R3 beta concept: A new GUI (Includes PSP Gui)
R2.9 : Includes GTA:VCS CheatDevice and its 3.71 Version
NOTES:
-The VCS CheatDevice hasn't been tested, so if anyone uses it, please verify if it works...(same with 3.71 version)
-Also for iCheat 3.0 beta concept version, it does NOT tell you yet its installing...but it will if you see the flashing of the memory stick.
(Please don't send hateful PM's or comments about it not saying anything about the install process on 3.0 beta concept. Note that it is just a beta and a concept version. I jst included it in the download package for those who want to play with it and test it. =P)

I told you it wasn't fake, but some of you still didn't believe me. You need firmware 6.10 or below, and the game of course. The exploit was patched in 6.20, and the PSN version of the game was updated to require 6.20. The eLoader isn't happening at all unless I can get a 6.10 firmware dump from the Go, which this exploit can't do
