Homebrew developer FreePlay recently released an update for NewBTCNFedit, bumping it up to version 0.2. For those who haven't heard of it, this application helps users build a customized pspbtcnf.bin file for firmwares not supported by PSPBTEdit.
Here's the changelog for version 0.2 of the application:
* Added checks for pspbtcnf encryption and proper file version
* Added check for whether the program was double-clicked; if you double-click it, it will display usage info, pause, and exit when you hit enter.
* Added support for Licenseapp mode - mode L, to go along with V, G, U, P, and A
Users may want to check the included readme for additional information the usage of the application.

The installer contains all the necessary files to install the CIntro mod on your PSP as well as a Daxter .pmf file

2. Open bootWAVE_RESOURCE_2.bin in a hex editor.
3. Go to offset hex 248 through 2DD.
