PSP homebrew developer Zx-81 dropped by the QJ.NET Forums earlier to let us in on a new version he's got ready for Portable VNC - the application that allows PSP owners to access their PC via their portable console's Wi-Fi connectivity. The latest updates for the application's version 1.2.6 are designed to polish up the wireless keyboards support that Zx-81 had added to Portable VNC's previous version (v 1.2.5):
* Add new useful keys to the danzeff keyboard such as Win, Alt-tab, etc ...
* All keys of the virtual keyboard are now really working !
* (many keys were not usable in the previous version)
* Support more keys with the IR-keyboard
In case you're wondering who put this application's major components together, Harald Fielker was the original author of the PSP IR keyboard Library, while the Virtual Keyboard is based on the Danzel code. PSP VNC was originally written by NHD from TeamXos, and was based on the PalmOS VNC client.
Installation instructions and usage details should be available in the file bundle's readme. Or, you can also opt to visit Zx-81's release thread over at our QJ.Net Forums. This download is for Portable VNC's release to PSPs running on custom firmwares (3.xx OE).

lame from our forums has just updated SmallNethostGui to v0.2. Nethost, in a nutshell, is an application which allows you to use your PC's hard-disk, in much the same way as you would use it in USBHost. The only difference is that the experience will be wireless and much more enjoyable since you won't be wired to your PC
