This is a simple plugin that will either switch off or place your psp in standby by a flick of two buttons.
To install, place power.prx into seplugins and add this to your vsh.txt and game.txt if needed.
ms0:/seplugins/power.prx 1
controls: L + Triangle = Turn off
L + Cross = Standby
tested on a PSP 1000 with 5.00M33
