Frankie has compiled some PRXs for Dark_Alex's 2.71 custom firmwaren (that's the 2.71 SE-C, to be more particular). Why? Well, he says it "saves time for people looking for and needing help installing these PRXs." What a nice guy, huh? Anyway, here are the stuff that you can find in this PRX Pack:
* Cheat in GTA: Liberty City Stories
* Cheat in GTA: Vice City Stories
* Listen to mp3's in the XMB
* Listen to mp3's during UMD and ISO gameplay
* Take photos and videos of your XMB
* Use the 4th brightness level without the AC adapter
To install this, extract the zip file to the root of your memory stick, and place it in the seplugins folder, which looks like this: ms0:seplugins. As a disclaimer, Frankie says there's no guarantee that this will work on your PSP, but all the PRXs all worked perfectly when he tested it, so hopefully they will work on yours, too.

Developer zx-81 visited the QJ.NET Forums earlier to announce the release of a new build for the PSP-PDA application. This homebrew app, in case you weren't around during the previous releases, is a set of PDA programs built to run for the the Sony handheld.
The original PSP-PDA was created by Rob_psp, and is currently released under a GNU licence

PSP Wave Changer PSP Wave Changer
Akez has released a wave changer for all you wave fans to try and use. Called PSP Wave Changer v1.0, this application allows you to flash your own wave types to the PSP.
Akez mentions that PSP Wave Changer has been tested on 3.52 M33-2 firmware, so Akez isn't sure whether it'll work on other firmware types
