Homebrew coder RedHate has released a new version of PSNABLER, a homebrew plugin that allows you to access certain games on PSN with older PSN enabled firmwares that have been un-allowed to connect to the PSN network.

HOW TO INSTALL

copy both psnabler.prx and psnabler.txt to the seplugins folder next add this line to your game.txt in the seplugins folder:
ms0:/seplugins/psnabler.prx 1
then go into recovery and enable the plugin
set your "UMD DRIVER" to m33 in the vsh menu.

HOW SET UP PSN ACCOUNT

head over to playstations official home page and create a new psn account id.
when you are done creating your psn id on psn network, fire up your psp and open op the *psn store* tab (gen user may now have this option) and click *sign in with EXISTING account* and fill out your info, when you are done it will ask you if you want to connect to the psn store, say no..A it will fail anyways. after that start up a game.

Thanks to a tip from aDcOoL, we heard about this nifty new app that allows people to hack the wave on the XMB background. It's called xmbWave, and it's made by Vulpix.
xmbWave is basically a simplified hex editing tool that alters the wave on your background, and as easy as the app is to learn, it's a tough one to become an artist
