Given the release of PSP 3.00 Firmware, we all know that most of you are still having reservations to update. Though Sony mentions compatibility with PSOne titles albeit through use of a PS3, there was still no word concerning homebrew games so it is safe to assume that they won't work with the new firmware.
At any rate, the online manual revealed a lot of new rather exciting features like video compatibility and of course, remote play. Aside from these, there are a few still not mentioned but able to rouse curiosity and awe among users. One of these is the music visualizations. To be quite frank about it, they indeed look varied and impressive, close to being an eye candy.
We don't know if small features will sway you guys to the other side. We don't know about ourselves either, honestly. It seems that Sony is giving the community everything the community wants, as long as it is something Sony doesn't want to give. Anyway, the video is available for download below. In case you're interested, have a look and tell us what you think.

AVEC GPS AVEC GPS
Hi Guys,
Here is the AVEC GPS V8 release. I haven't touched it for a while. This one has greatly optimised projection routines for much faster screen rendering. Everything else is untouched and the PSP clock speed is still the default 222MHz.
Both serial GPS and PSP-290 USB GPS versions of the program are updated and included in the zip file.
Cheers, Art
