Installation:
Copy EBOOT.PBP to PSP/GAME/YOURFOLDER/EBOOT.PBP and run it from the psp.
Note:
This is only for developers without hex programs

PSP Homebrew Developer Mediumgauge has released PSP Filer 4.3, giving a new feature that allows the app to reorder XMB icons, and also a slight tweak to the fonts.

One of the must-have pieces of homebrew, FileAssistant, has been ported to the TIFF Exploit by Freeplay. Although it's one of the older versions (v0.05), this was the only version whose source FreePlay could find. The original version was coded by Lin J.R, in case anyone's curious
