Craig Hynd has created a font package and installer for all those that want to change their PSP's sytem font. The package includes 10 fonts for you to choose from, and an easy step by step guide to installing the fonts - useful if you don't want to mess around finding compatible fonts yourself. After all, you can never have too many fonts.
Warning: I have not tested this yet, and as i'm sure you know changing your PSP's system font does write to flash and there is a chance you could brick your PSP. DO NOT attempt to use this tool if you don't feel confident in using it.
