There are many available PSP homebrew applications out there that are Windows compatible. I don't know if it's just me but I rarely come across Mac compatible ones. So if there are Apple users out here, this one's for you.
Developer Dago^WATT recently came up with with a nifty release called Prometeus 0.9.4
