PSP Protection Password v0.2 from Dark_Moon - Image 1Dark_Moon has just released a quick update to his homebrew app PSP Protection Password released only yesterday. PSP Protection Password v0.2 now supports the PSP Slim, addresses some bugs and adds some new features.
As suggested by its name, PSP Protection Password adds a password function to your PSP's bootup, allowing you to control who can use the device. Here's the changelog for PSP Protection Password v0.2 from homebrew developerDark_Moon:

* Utility for generate encrypted password.
* You should generate your password with this utility. Later put the password.txt on the same folder of EBOOT.PBP
EBOOT.PBP (for PSP)
* Now the app work on user mode.
* PSP Slim support.
* The password is encrypted.
* Some bug fixes
* Now, the application will lock the power button.
* You can't exit of the application. (Only there are two solution that are remove the battery or put the correct password)
* If the password is false, the PSP will go to suspend mode else, it will go to XMB.
* Letters effect on start the application.
* Color of the numbers changed.
* Removed HOME button for exit of the application.
