This is just a portal that I made that is based on the works of the Windows program Xerver.As we all know its an HTTP/FTP server that is free for anyone, I have bundled it with this Extremely small but useful portal.(Its also good for people to keep a bookmark of an FTP and HTTP at once instead of 2!)
The only instructions are to mainly just install Xerver on your pc then run it, then run the portal on your psp which will redirect you to the server.Un fortunatly right now for somereason i kant seem to find a way to let a person input there own out IP into the portal..sort of like PSPFTP.

PSP homebrew maker Yongobongo dropped by the QJ.net forums to release 7WiN - LUA windowing system v1.0. It's a pretty nifty windows app that supports multi-tasking. The windows are highly customizable - all color and image variables come with the package, and you just have to dig it from the LUA file to do some editing

Yes folks, that screenshot above is real. It was created through an app made by Sulpher Dragon, and is based off of xmbWave, which creates randomized waves for your cross menu bar everytime you access it.
According to the information on the readme, it edits the system_plugin_bg_deflate.bin, randomising values between decimal offsets of 464 and 948

Here is version 0.9, this is probably the final version unless there are some more issues found or if I can add support for the dreaded 3.71 firmware or a new version of DC is released. I've had this much done for a couple of weeks now and I was hoping to add something more but I'm out of ideas
