With the FW 3.03 Updater from Sony, there's bound to be a lot of features that you've used in previous firmware versions that won't be compatible anymore. These could be simple plugins that help you work your way around the XMB or whatnot.
Due to this, Martek took some time to create a couple of tools that he used in 2.71 SE-C but couldn't run on 3.03 "Oh Yeah". QuickPower is a module of his that allows you to easily switch your system off or reboot it, as well as configure brightness settings.
*NOTE: Rebooting means just that the PSP is restarting the XMB. It will use the normal PSP Bootscreen even if you have configured it to be not shown on startup. This function is good to restart after updating a PRX module on the memorystick. If you want to go to the Recovery Menu use Power Off and start again.
To install:
* Just copy the seplugins folder to your memorystick root if you don't have any other plugins installed.
* If you have other plugins just add "ms0:/seplugins/quickpower.prx" (without quotes) to vsh.txt and put my prx module in the same folder.
This plugin is only for 3.03OE but should also work with 3.02OE. I have just tested it under 3.03 so I don't know if it is realy working.

Placasoft from Team Emergency Exit has updated PSPsetX for v2.0 PSP to version 0.2. PSPsetX is a firmware tweaking tool similar to the PSPset, but for v2.0 PSP only. Developer DJB is sending out word that Disinter v3.80 is now available for use among the PSP's homebrew community. This PC-based .NET v2 app is used to copy applications and files to a PSP for making a Pandora MemStick for both the PSP Phat and Slim.

Prxdecrypter 1.4b, a mod of psardumper, by jas0nuk is said to decrypt individual firmware modules from all known retail firmware from version 1.00 to 3.51 in addition to modules from all current retail games PRXs. The biggest update: it can now decompress M33 custom firmware modules.
