PMP Mod 2.01 subtitle mod for fw1.5

PMP Mod Raphael has released 2 new versions of his PMP Mod variant with subtitle support. These new versions are Jonny's latest PMP Mod v2.01 with subtitle support and PMP Mod AVC v1.02 with subtitle support. This is great for previous users of Raphel's PMP Mod subtitle versions as well as 2.0+ users, as PMP Mod v2.01 now works on firmwares 2.0-2
