Think your PSP needs a bit of redecorating? For the guys who said yes, we have anothercustom XMB theme lined up for today: the Arsenal theme by cold4ire.
As some fans may notice, the underlying idea for this XMB theme is England's Arsenal Football (soccer) Club, aka the Gunners. Given that they're one of the more successful soccer teams we've heard of from England, we're sure many a fan will be sure to pick up on this custom theme set, which comes with wallpaper, volume icon, battery icon, opening, wave, icon, and sub-icon swaps.

Homebrew developer Kratosjohn, has released a new theme for the Sony PlayStation Portable called the Sidedock 3.90 M33.
Unlike more conventional themes, this one offers a selection bar on the left side of the XMB

PSP homebrew developer sn00chi3 has released a pair of gorgeous looking customized XMB themes that you might to try out. The themes are titled BlaCkoncept and VertiGO!, and both have their own unique visual styles to offer.
The first theme, BlaCkoncept, features a visual style that's as dark as the name suggests

Download wallpaper (right-click "Download" button -> click "Save link as") and transfer file to your PHOTO folder (all caps) on your memory stick's PSP folder. Access the image via XMB and open it. Hit 'Triangle' to open the Control Panel and find the function to "Set as Wallpaper"
