PSP Homebrew developer Royale has released a new build for the PSP-Maps application. If you aren't familiar with PSP-Maps, it's a map-reader that allows the Sony handheld to retrieve maps directly from Google Earth.
In honor of the 2008 NEO Spring coding contest 2008, PSP-Maps v0.6 has a brand new splash screen. The new build also has three more improvements to the program. Here is the change log for PSP-Maps v0.6:
* added splash screen for the NEO Spring coding contest 2008
* added a progress bar when shrinking the cache
* added an image to help zoom in (show/hide with button O)
* updated the Makefile to remove old version number
Users are advised to take a look at the readme before installing the program.
