About a month after PiMPStreamer v1.0 beta rolled out, homebrew developer DickyDick1969's served out version 1.0-2 that should sort out problems regarding video/audio synchronization. PiMPStreamer v1.0-2 beta is v1.0 beta recoded from the ground up and should still be compatible with Dark AleX's 3.52 M33-4 firmware.
You'll notice that the archive sits pretty light at around less than 1 MB, and that's because with v1.0 beta onwards, the storage-heavy ffmpeg libraries were taken care of. It should sport a new graphical user interface for users of firmwares within the 3.xx range, though many of the functions are still not fully ported just yet.
The developer also added two new features just to sweeten the update: color is now sprinkled in, as well as a one-button quit option (TRIANGLE) to exit from a movie being played. There is no bundled readme in sight, so just place the fully extracted folder over to the GAME folder under PSP to set you off in the right direction. Don't forget that you'll need to run media on a PiMPStreamer server on your Wii, PC, or PlayStation 3 and list them into the config.txt file.
