DeNitro, a developer from our forums has released a Windows XP x64 compatible edition of the much-loved usbhostfs system by Tyranid's PSPLink homebrew application, allowing you to use your PC hard drive from your PSP using a USB link cable. Windows XP x64 Edition users will no longer be the only people not being able to use the great Usbhostfs thanks to this application and driver package. Now we have Mac OS X compatible, ordinary Windows and Windows XP x64 compatble versions of this great little tool for accessing your PC's hard drive from your PSP via a USB cable.
What exactly does Usbhostfs allow you to do I hear you say? USBhostfs allows you to view and execute applications using files from your PC via USB cable using a homebrew application on your PSP such as Ahman's iR Shell. This way you can play PSP-compatible video files, view images, or even listen to MP3's that are stored on your PC hard drive! What more could you ask for? Now all we need is a Windows XP x64 Edition of nethostfs to go along with it.
