Windows Mobile 6.5 Widget Packager makes it easier for Windows Mobile 6.5 Widget developer to generate widget config file and package the widget files into .wgt file. You will no longer have to do these jobs manually. It's developed in C#.
Usage
1) Open the Project
2) Add the Widget HTML file to the project
3) Add the Widget icon file to the project
4) Set the Copy to output Directory property of the Widget HTML file and Widget icon file to Always
5) Run the Application
6) Check the Widget file and Click Create Button
7) Deploy the *.wgt file that the application created to Windows Mobile 6.5 Device or emulator, then test it.
Hint
You can use the menu provided by application to switch the UI culture used by application.
