Appointment Manager 2.0 for PPC 2002 - In today's busy world its almost impossible for us to remember all the appointments we have. The matter gets worse when it comes to remember appointments for a month and to track all the appointments to know whether they are finished or not.
Appointment manager ends all your worries by providing the below features:
Add an activity for any day, for any contact person.
You can enter a future appointment for even a day in the next month or year. On the day of that particular appointment, the appointments for the next seven days gets listed by just opening the Appointment Manager in a Today kind of Interface.
The daily appointment list, summarizes appointments for the day. So you can just refer to it and plan your work accordingly.
When it comes to tracking an appointment, its just a tap away by choosing whether your appointment is Active, Finished or Discontinued.
Set priority to your appoint (Low, Normal or High) and while viewing a list of appointments, an Icon appears to the left of each appointment showing the priority of each appointment.
Easy to modify or reschedule an existing appointment.
Go back and see past appointments to double check what you haven't missed.
Comes with a best feature to export your appointment to Word ( Rich Text ) Format and HTML format for future references.
