FPSEce is a PlayStation emulator for Windows Mobile devices. The name means First PlayStation Emulator for Windows CE (which now is called Windows Mobile).
What do I need?
For playing your PlayStation games on your Windows Mobile or Windows CE based device on the hardware side you need enough free space on your storage card, a fast CPU, and enough memory on your device.
On the software-side you need FPSEce, PocketISO to compress your images (if you like), an image of a PlayStation-game you own, and a PlayStation-BIOS for use with FPSEce.
What's PocketISO?
It's a small freeware-tool which helps you to compress your images and clean them up (i.e. remove videofiles).
It's easy to use and you can view the advised settings for your game on the compatibility-page.

How to run PicoDrive
First connect your Pocket PC and copy PicoDrive.exe to it. Windows/Start Menu is probably the best place for easy access. It needs to have GAPI installed, which you may have already
bf engine bf engine was created out of passion on PCE and Nectaris (a japanese war game that "inspired" Battle Island on PC).
bf engine can emulate Nectaris, Parasol Star, PC Kid or Mr. Heli.
Configuration
Like other emulators, you have to have GAPI installed and your device must be 16-bit color. Putting the unzipped bfe.exe file anywhere you like

Yame Yame - Yame is a multi-console emulator: it emulates on the Pocket PC the Gameboy, Gameboy Color, PC Engine, NES and even SNES.
Let's start with what it doesn't do: SNES emulation is not complete, don't attempt to play Mario Kart on your Pocket PC with this emulator.
Yame is a bit old and retains the menu bar at the top of the screen, as with Windows CE 2.11
