Each time you take a reading enter the reading type, mmol/L value and any notes and tap the "Update Twitter” button to update your Twitter.com account. Your doctor/nurse can use the PocketPC GlucoseTwitterings to track your readings. The also has a buffer when your not online. This service is provided by Twitter.com
