PictureThumber - PictureThumber checks the storage folder for your PocketPC camera for JPEG pictures and when a new picture is detected compresses/colourizes it to the JPEG settings and places the new created image in the PictureThumber folder. The JPEG libraries are from Independent JPEG Group.
