The Smart Organizer features two different views, Category View and Day View.
Category View
In the category view, all the events of a particular month are categorized based on their type.
Day View
In the day view, events are shown based on their date of occurrence.
Maintenance of various personal events in an orderly fashion enhances the efficiency of daily life routines. The Smart Organizer is capable of storing the tracking the below various day-to-day events.
Schedules
Record various activities like meetings to attend, people to meet for your personal as well as business needs.
To-Dos
Things To Do is designed to meet all your task-management needs. It easily allows to makeover a check list to take with you. It keeps you perfectly synched with daily chore of work.
Expenses
Expense category will help you to keep track of everything from daily expenditures, insurance payments, auto maintenance, utilities usage, and even expenses on eating out and entertainment. It is easy to record and view your transactions details daily, monthly, yearly.
Days to Remember
Keep track of birthdays, anniversary, special days, memorable days of your loved ones with days to remember module, so you shall never miss out to send them warm wishes.
Each event can be assigned a priority (either High, Normal or Low). The events are listed in different colours depending on their priority.
If an event is marked as done, it will be shown using strikethrough feature to identify the active tasks easily.
While on the event list view, you can filter the events based on their priority or status for effective tracking of your every day events.
Manage Recurring Events
Schedules, Expenses and Days to Remember can be made recursive (monthly or yearly) and you can set the recurring items to occur between a particular date range or forever using simple options. The recursive events are differentiated using different icons.
Alarm Reminders
You can set Events dealing with date to be reminded by just checking a "Remind Me" option. An Alarm Reminder will remind you about the event at the right time so that you won't miss a schedule or meeting again.
