infoBox - The infoBox is a place to store many types of data, in text format. The infoBox Knowledge Base is an ideal tool to organize notes and recall the information. The information is easily stored and retrieved. What type of information? Any text-based information or links to web site, documents, images, etc. What can infoBox knowledgebase do? Create Articles Create text based information just as you would into Notepad or a piece of paper Categorize Create your own categories for your personal or company knowledgebase needs (i.e. "ancestry", "Home Improvement", Movies", "Health" Sub Categorize Organize articles in detail. Every category can have a sub-category (i.e. Business - Marketing, operations, finance; Contacts - work, personal; Health - mental, physical, spiritual) Keywords Add keywords to any article for future search and find. Reference Add a reference to any article. clicking the reference opens the contents. (i.e. reference web pages, images, documents, etc..) Search Search knowledgebase articles entered by: text, date range, category / sub-category, combination of all. View preview of results in a scrollable and sortable grid Update Any article can be modified to house modified and current data Delete articles Delete any article or category. Time and information changes. Stay current. Print Print any article in full or only previews Store Store data on your computer or a SQL database. You choose but you are not stuck with either storage. With the ability to combine multiple versions of your database, you can move a copy of the knowledge base, reference it, update it, then merge it with an existing copy.
